If you are not 100% satisfied with your Shaw Treatment order then just follow these simple steps. It’s as easy as 1…2…3
1. Take a picture of the product that includes the UPC symbol.
2. Look up your payment on Paypal and make note of your transaction number.
3. Send us an email which includes:
a. Picture of product with UPC symbol.
b. Your original transaction number from Paypal.
c. The reason you are unsatisfied with your order (optional). See DETAILS
d. Your choice of refund. For example, “Please donate my refund to a charity.”
Additional Details
You are not required to tell us why you are not satisfied to receive your refund however we would appreciate any feedback you can give us to improve our products and service.
At Shaw Treatment, we want to minimize our carbon footprint, so we don’t want you to ship products back to us* if you are unsatisfied. Even if you don’t like it maybe your family, friends or coworkers would so feel free to give it to someone else.

If you think there is something wrong with the product, such as deterioration prior to the expiration date, please contact us. We may ask you to ship it back to us for testing.
