Vegan. That simple? Yes!

We recently switched to a vegan diet after reading The China Study. But the challenge of where to start became quite evident. After a bit of research, we realized it wasn't as difficult as some might think. The cravings for all those bad foods subside after about two weeks. From then on, it's easy. Start with the books below. Once you read them, everything you thought you knew about the the human feed industry will come crashing own. But there's a silver lining!
